
Myenergi – Fault Reporting
To raise an issue with your myenergi product, you must first submit a support ticket online:

Click “Report a Fault”

Complete the form with the relevant details

You will receive a ticket number via email

Await further instructions from myenergi via email

Why is my eddi screen not showing any grid flows?
If any of this sounds like you and you have a harvi in your house (usually found in your NIE box), you master device may have lost connection to your harvi. Your harvi is a wireless sensor that is responsible for reading the grid, if this has disconnected from your master device, there won’t be any connection from your eddi/zappi to heat the water via excess surplus detected on the grid or charge your car from the excess solar / grid. To reconnect your harvi, lease see following video to guide you through reconnecting.
