Take ownership of customer administration from order stage until handover
Fielding any technical/customer service enquiries, logging on CRM system and assigning to relevant internal contact.
Tracking customer service cases to ensure they are resolved quickly
This is a customer facing role and the administrator will work alongside and support the management, the installation teams and the sales team.
