  • Your email address

  • Your inverter serial number (located on the left-hand side of the inverter) or click on the grid layout icon on your app > then click on the inverter icon > shows below “inverter 1”

If any of this sound like you, please follow the video to guide you through charging your battery from the grid. In the winter months, your battery will need force charged from the grid in order to keep the battery health high. In the spring and summer months, there is enough excess solar to charge the battery from solar only.
